On a trip up to northern Vermont we stopped here for lunch and a break. It was a great decision. I had their pulled pork sandwich, and my husband had the brisket. We thoroughly enjoyed them. We also enjoyed their Saspbarella, and other sodas.
A nice quiet rest stop very near the highway. Their brisket is the absolute best! They serve all manner of deli sandwiches, snacks, booze, and of course Vermont fudge.
Dark and dingy. Customer service was not very good. Went in for creamies small sizes below average flavor
Had a rest room and sold beverages. Adequate at that. Cannot comment on food; may be excellent. No complaints; nothing excellent to point of note.
I went in to order BBQ takeout. While waiting for my order, I looked around the store. Many of the food items were expired. I looked in the coolers to find a drink, and was hit with the worst smell when I opened the door. I looked behind the drinks, and there was a rack of bread and the bread was so moldy that it was hardly identifiable as bread. I didn't even eat the takeout as I was worried about what may be in it. Very disappointed in this place!
